St. Louis Housing Authority
The St. Louis Housing Authority owns and operates over 3,500 dwelling units. Due to its size, the St. Louis Housing Authority is engaged in multiple projects with a select few Architectural/Engineering firms. One of these firms is Hurst-Rosche Engineers.
Hurst-Rosche Engineers has performed several professional architectural and engineering services as well as studies and evaluation at various sties. The following is a summary of a few projects with the St. Louis Housing Authority.
Parkview Apartments is a 14-story brick and concrete building for the elderly. The project consisted of removal of existing sealant at the perimeter of all the windows from first through 14th floors and installing new perimeter sealants.
Cochran Towers is a 12-story building for the elderly. The project consisted of boiler, circulations pump and condensing unit replacement. Also, the existing built-up roof was removed and a new PIB roof installed. In addition to the mechanical and roof projects are interior and exterior renovations, both of which are in design. The interior renovations are specific to public
