St. Clair County Housing Authority
Hurst-Rosche Engineers has provided professional architectural/engineering services for St. Clair County Housing Authority for over 10 years. Along with A/E services, Hurst-Rosche Engineers also provided detailed feasibility studies and evaluations for the housing authority.
Hurst-Rosche Engineers has been involved with many projects including the HUD required 504 Conversions for handicapped accessibility.
Other projects include installation of new pump station and force main in Brooklyn, Illinois where dwelling units had frequently been subjected to flood damage. Dwelling units at this site had also received exterior renovations. Existing dated façade were removed and fiber cement siding were installed.
Interior and exterior improvements including sliding doors, windows and parking areas were also performed at other sites. These sites include Dupo, Marissa, Belleville, Alorton, Lebanon, O’Fallon, New Athens, and Lenzburg.
Hurst-Rosche Engineers also provided design and construction services to St. Clair County Housing Authority for their newly renovated Administration Building, the interior spaces were renovated to fulfill the Housing Authority’s requirements. The main entrance to the building was relocated and a new entry vestibule was built providing more secure entry to the building.
