Hurst-Rosche prepared plans and specifications for the design of four Office & Maintenance Facilities located in Grayville, Marion, Robinson, and Harrisburg, Illinois. All buildings were steel on steel multi-use vehicle storage, maintenance and dispatch facilities along with ADA compliant site parking.  Each included office space, reception/dispatch area, conference/training area, rest rooms and kitchenette.  The garage area included indoor storage and maintenance area for sixteen stationed vehicles.  This area included radiant heaters, oil/water separator, emergency wash station, wash bay, wash basin, parts storage area, exhaust ventilation system, emergency lighting, lighted exit signs, three phase power, tool and part room.  The parking lot included asphalt surface, parking blocks, ADA signage, fence and safety lighting.
