Pellissippi State Community College
The Tennessee Board of Regents awarded Hurst-Rosche the following two contracts for renovation projects at the Pellissippi State Community College Student Recreation Center.
Student Recreation Center Fabric Roof
Hurst-Rosche was selected by the Tennessee Board of Regents for the PCC Student Center fabric roof replacement project which included providing and installing a new fabric covering. New framing, doors, heating, lighting, exhaust fans were installed as deemed necessary during the deconstruction phase. New fabric side curtains, moveable end wall fabric, and divider curtains were also installed.
Student Recreation Center Flooring Replacement
As a second phase to the PCC Student Recreation Center Hurst-Rosche was selected to coordinate the replacing the flooring. Sports flooring to be installed or replaced includes wooden multi-purpose courts and synthetic tennis court.
