The structure consists of a single span PPC Deck Beam bridge with concrete wearing surface on State Highway 133 spanning Jonathan Creek in Moultrie County, Illinois.  Back to back abutment length is 34’-0” with an out to out deck width of 41’-0” constructed at no skew.  Substructure consists of solid wall abutments supported by spread footings.
