The structure consists of a single span PPC Deck Beam bridge on County Highway 7 spanning Hurricane Creek in Montgomery County, Illinois.  Back to back abutment length is 71’-8” with an out to out deck width of 30’-0” constructed at a 20 deg. skew.  Substructure consists of integral abutments supported by steel H-Piles.
