Belleville pediatrics
The scope of this project was design a complete interior renovation of a make-shift 5,000 square foot office park facility with areas that did not meet the Americans with
Disabilities Act and convert it to an accessible two story pediatric care center.
The new medical center includes 6 exam rooms, laboratory, immunization room, pediatric waiting area,, rest rooms, medical records room, and provider and support staff space.
Construction included new interior stud wall partitions, doors, laminate casework, countertops, and workstations and all new interior wall, ceiling and floor finishes. Related plumbing, HVAC and electrical work included new plumbing fixtures, equipment, and accessories including all related underground piping, new lighting fixtures, power and data/communication wiring and receptacles, including new service panels, and accessories, and new HVAC equipment,
including all related ductwork, diffusers, and accessories.
Construction was completed within the designated schedule and allotted budget.
