After 36 years of dedicated service, Hurst-Rosche, Inc. announces the retirement of David Pool AIA, NCARB, RLA, effective April 30, 2026.
David has been an integral part of our Marion office, serving for many years as both an architect and office manager. Over the course of his career, he also held key leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board, Vice President, and Director of Marketing and Business Development—helping guide the firm’s growth and long-term vision.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, with additional studies at Texas A&M University and Central College, David built a distinguished career marked by licensure across multiple states and dual registration as both an Architect and Landscape Architect in Illinois. His work earned numerous honors, including multiple Thomas Madigan Awards from the Illinois Capital Development Board and recognition from the Southern Illinois Chapter of the AIA.
We are grateful for David’s many contributions over the years. His leadership, expertise, and mentorship have left a lasting impact on our firm and the communities we serve.
