Design Architects/Hurst-Rosche completed the plans and specifications to provide design and administrative services for an additional 60' X 80', 4 bay fire truck bay with drive through doors and a training room above.

The building included five 12' x 12' overhead doors with electric operators, three 3' x 7' man doors, along with mechanical and electrical systems.

Hurst-Rosche provided design phase services including drawings and specifications for the replacement of the roof, heating units and parking lot. This project included roof replacement with EPDM rubber roof, gutters and downspouts, replacement of heating units, site work and parking lot improvements including removal, resurfacing and pavement marking.
