HR names new Board of Directors

Mike Arnold works out of the East St. Louis office and has corporate responsibility for the Municipal/Utilities Department. Mr. Arnold has been with Hurst-Rosche Engineers for 11 years. Mark Reitz works out of the Hillsboro office and has corporate responsibility for the Transportation/Structural Department. Mr. Reitz has been with Hurst-Rosche Engineers for 13 years.

Mark works out of the Hillsboro office and has corporate responsibility for the Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Department. Mr. Ritter has been with Hurst-Rosche Engineers for 10 1/2 years.
