I-270 over I-495, Bethesda Trolley Trail
Design of two links of the Bethesda Trolley Trail Hiker/Biker Facility
that contains two design structures. One pedestrian bridge 185 feet long
will cross over the east spur of I-270 and it requires a series of loop
ramps on the bridge approaches. Retaining walls will be required to
confine ramps within the right-of-way. The second bridge is 200 feet
long over I-495 the Capital Beltway. Project also includes survey,
environmental impacts and design of 10 foot wide trail section.
