Construction of storm sewer system to relieve combined sewer system, consisting of flood retention reservoir and related discharge structures, 5,000 lineal feet of diversion ditch, four miles of drainage ditch realignment, and 15,000 lineal feet of 24" - 84" sewer. Engineering services included surveys, preliminary and final plans, and construction engineering.

SIUE Detention Basin

Hurst-Rosche conducted a hydraulic survey, performed a breach wave analysis and submitted to IDNR for final preparation of plans and specifications. This project also included construction administration services and on-site observation of the construction activities.
