Terre Haute, IN

Construction of 71,400 lineal feet of 8" - 12" sanitary sewer in urban areas to serve unsewered residential areas together with necessary pump stations. Engineering services included surveys, preliminary and final plans, and construction engineering.

Terre Haute, IN

Construction of 94,300 lineal feet of 8" - 12" sanitary sewer in urban areas to serve unsewered residential areas plus 10,000 lineal feet of 36" interceptor sewer with necessary pump stations. Engineering services included surveys, preliminary and final plans, and construction engineering.

Terre Haute, IN

Construction of 98,700 lineal feet of 8" - 42" sanitary sewer in urban areas with nine pump stations, 323 manholes and other appurtenant work. Engineering services included surveys, preliminary and final plans, and construction engineering.

 

Alorton-Centreville Sanitary
Sewer System, Phase I

Construction of sanitary sewer line as follows: 53,700 lineal feet of 8"; 2,200 lineal feet of 10"; 1,200 lineal feet of 12"; and 1,100 lineal feet of other appurtenances. Engineering services included surveys, preliminary and final plans, and construction engineering.

Wilson Street Sewer Extension
City of Girard
Construction Cost: $65,000

Hurst-Rosche provided design, bidding and construction administration services for construction of a sanitary sewer on Wilson Street form Center to North Streets. The project was completed in April,1999.

Fairway Heights/Lakeside Knolls
Hillsboro, IL
Construction Cost: $388,000

Hurst-Rosche prepared plans and specifications and an IEPA permit application for the installation of a pump station, 27 manholes, force main and 7,340 lineal feet of gravity sewers in the Lakeside Knolls subdivision. The project was completed in June, 1996. Hurst-Rosche provided construction administration and observation.

Construction Cost: $43,545

This project included development of the plans and specifications required to complete the installation of 1,078 feet of 15-inch sanitary sewer line and four manholes which will serve a commercial building located at the city’s industrial park, with discharge to an existing 15-inch sanitary sewer tributary to the Greenville Sewage Treatment Plant. Project was completed in December, 1996.

Construction Cost: Approximately $100,000 (by developer)

The plans and specifications were prepared to construct a lift station having two pumps with a rate capacity of 80 gpm at 38 feet of TDH, 1,560 feet of 4-inch force main, 1,340 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, and six manholes to serve 75 single family dwellings located at Seymour Avenue and FAS Route 725, with discharge to an existing 8-inch sanitary sewer tributary to the Hillsboro Sewage Treatment Plant.

Construction Cost: $20,000

This project included development of the plans and specifications and obtaining the IEPA permit required to complete the installation of 630 feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer line and two manholes to serve six single family dwellings and four multiple family dwellings located at Southern Meadows 1st Addition with discharge to an existing 8-inch sanitary sewer tributary to the Raymond Sewage Treatment Plant.

 

Emergency Sanitary Sewer Repairs
IL Route 157
Commonfields of Cahokia, IL
Construction Cost: $213,000

Hurst-Rosche prepared the plans and specifications for the repairs of the sanitary sewers, manholes, Highway 157, and Carol and Calvin Streets. The sewer repairs included the replacement of approximately 150 feet of 8-inch and 18-inch sewer line, along with the replacement of two 12 foot - 14 foot manholes. The project also included 700 cubic yards of backfill, four by-pass systems, groundwater dewatering and pavement restoration. Project was completed in September, 1996.
