Landfill Siting, Design & Permitting

Landfill Permits Hurst-Rosche Engineers, Inc. and Atlas Soils Inc. have assisted landfill owners and operators in siting and designing new solid waste disposal facilities and obtaining regulatory approvals for facility design and for operations. Our approach is to work with the owner/operator and public and regulatory communities to develop solid waste disposal facilities that meet the needs of the service area and protect the local environment.
