The Phase I assessment required evaluating a commercial property, which
included multiple structures and facilities located on the site. The Phase
I assessment included research of the property history and completion of a
site reconnaissance visit. A Phase II assessment was completed per
recommendations developed from the Phase I assessment. Phase II assessment
activities included the completion of site borings, collection of
representative soil samples from the site, and laboratory evaluations
of collected samples.

This project included completion of Phase I assessments for three different
commercial properties. The Phase I assessment included research of property
histories of surrounding land use and completion of site reconnaissance
visits. A Phase II assessment was completed for one of the properties
per recommendations developed from the Phase I assessment. Phase II assessment
activities included sampling and testing suspect asbestos containing
building materials (SACBM), sampling and testing paint samples for lead
levels, and evaluating fluorescent light
transformers located in the building. |
