completed numerous roofing projects. Whatever the clients needs are we can
design anything from re-roofing, replacement of existing material to new
rubber roofing material or metal roofing completed with flashing and

32,000 s.f. of existing roof system with a new fully adhered EPDM
roof system.

Services include preparation of bid documents and specs for the removal
and replacement of the existing asphalt shingles and installation of a new
EPDM membrane roof system to be applied to the existing canopies. Sampling
and testing of existing materials will need to be tested for the presence
of asbestos. |

associated with the replacement of approximately 22,000 sf of new single
ply membrane roofing system complete with soffit.

This project consisted of roof replacement of approximately 80,000 s.f.
at the existing High School building. Work included the removal of loose
aggregate, water damaged built-up roof and insulation. The installation
of a vented base sheet and new white PIB membrane roof system and
accessories. Work also included the replacement of gutters, downspouts,
metal flashing and trims. Full architectural and construction
administration services. |

All architectural/engineering services for the repair of masonry
cracks, damaged paint and finishes, caulking, door and window replacement,
refinishing and sealing of the exterior, and replacing the low sloped roof.
Designed to meet state requirements for rehabilitation of historic buildings.

Hurst-Rosche Engineers provided design and construction phase services
for the roof removal and replacement totaling approximately 17,300 square
feet at the Village Hall in Cahokia. The work included the removal of the
existing asphalt built-up roof system to the existing deck, the installation
of a new fully adhered EPDM roof system, tapered rigid insulation and
accessories, including new roof drain inserts, sheet metal drain pans,
downspouts, fascia, and roof edge system. Work also included the removal
of seven existing windows and infilling with new unit masonry wall construction.

| Project consisted of roof replacement totaling approximately 106,000 s.f.
Construction consisted of the removal of the existing built-up roof
and ballasted EPDM roof systems, insulation and accessories. The
installation of new fully adhered EPDM membrane roofing and accessories.
Work also included the replacement of pre-finished metal roof edge, parapet
cap flashing, gutters, downspouts and roof drains. |

Total A/E services on demolition of existing foundations and basement,
construction of new 4,000 sf wood framed, gable roof facility with auditorium,
offices and support space.

Hurst-Rosche Engineers prepared drawings and specifications necessary
to remove and replace approximately 1600 sf of EPDM roofing, insulation,
metal decking, miscellaneous metals, gutters and downspouts at the Waste
Water Treatment Plant Filter Building.

Architectural and Engineering services for the interior designing of the
terminal facility, lighting and electrical systems, heating and ventilating
systems, finish grading adjacent to the building, lightning arrestor system,
fire alarm system, two baggage handling systems, two aircraft passenger
loading bridges, specifications of material testing for quality assurance
during construction, and the fixtures, furniture and equipment.
