Hurst-Rosche prepared plans and specifications to construct a new 64’ x 64’ firehouse, pole barn type structure with a concrete floor and offices for personnel and equipment bays for emergency service vehicles. This was complete with metal roof, sidewalls and two 12’ x 12’ doors for easy emergency exit and entrance.

Hurst-Rosche provided design phase services including drawings and specifications for the replacement of the roof, heating units and parking lot. This project included roof replacement with EPDM rubber roof, gutters and downspouts, replacement of heating units, site work and parking lot improvements including removal, resurfacing and pavement marking.
