Design Architects/Hurst-Rosche completed a design study for the City of Carbondale to analyze the existing firestations and to determine the most efficient design for the City as well as filling the needs for the fire department.

A/E services included design, preparation of contract documents and construction phase services for replacement of apparatus room at Fire Station No. 1 with a larger apparatus room including seismic retrofit. Dormitory and maintenance repairs were completed at Fire Station No. 2.
