The main office of Hurst-Rosche Engineers, Inc. along with it's subsidiaries, Design Architects Inc., Atlas Soils, Inc., Metropolitan Engineering and L & L Surveys Inc is located in Hillsboro, Illinois, with branch offices, fully staffed, located in East St. Louis, Marion and Springfield and Barnhart and Neosho, Missouri.
